This hotel had a central position to the nearest vaporetto station. The staff and the host were all helpful and friendly. Last time I stopped, had nicely furnished room with attention to details.

Stay here if you want to be right in the heart of Venice, yet enjoy tranquility after a day of madness. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, and a garden too!

Oh, and who needs a kettle in the room? Definitely not me, because who wants to relax with a hot cup of tea or coffee in their own space?

Lovely, excellent hotel with best people and incredible location out to a nearby square. Particularly good breakfast, with a great selection of food. Early check-in, late check-out. Location just next door to Center, all the landmarks and top sights in walking distance, and vaporetto station and Realto bridge.

The local staff were amicable and flexible. The location was marvellous, for example, a Baroque marble palace was just a short stroll away from the hotel👍

We had the best stay at this B&B. Samuel, the owner, was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the Vaporetto station. The location was centrally located and convenient. The delicious breakfast included fresh fruits every day. The room was clean with a private bathroom. The host, Elena, was helpful, nice, and always smiling. The nearby area had tasty and reasonably priced restaurants, interesting shops, and lovely canals. The rooms were spacious and the wifi was fast.
